Nepal is a landlocked country of south Asia.bordering the chian the north and india to the south, east and west. The exact origin of the name Nepal is uncertain, but the most popular understanding is that it is derived from Ne (holy) and pal (cave). The word Nepal is believed to be derived from Nepa:Nepal Bhasa, the language of Newars, as the old name of Kathmandu valley was Nepa Another evidence.
